Go with off-shore hosting. That's what I did.

It's not really a hosting company, and he only gives hosting to people he trusts. But I could get you in if you want. Or you can join my forum like I said before. I could use another Admin.
Oh, and by the way. I think Forumotion is just now checking the reports, because another well populated site got the same warning message.
EDIT: You know what sucks? I didn't get a warning message when they did this to my site.
